UPD 12h40: the problem has been located. Our engineers are working to get the link up as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

UPD 13h13: we suspect broken card on top of the fiber cut. Our technician is on his way to replace the card. Estimated time of resolution : 15h00<\/strong><\/p>\n
