Outage: Connectivity issues in Walloon Brabant and Hainaut – Resolved

Dear customers,

We are currently experiencing an outage on our uplink for the provinces of Walloon Brabant and Hainaut. Our network engineers are working on restoring the service as soon as possible. We will provide further updates as they become available.

Update 18/09/2025 15:23: The issue has been resolved. All customer connections have recovered by 15:20. The root cause was the interruption to the dark fiber on the uplink where the redundant path was unavailable at that time due to works carried out by our subcontractor.
